Remote Air Quality Monitoring Station Operations

Wilbur Technical Services redesigned and retrofitted an existing Mobile Air Quality Monitoring Station for the US Military that was built onto a heavy duty truck platform with new instruments that has since been deployed to a difficult location in the Middle East.

Per Wilbur Technical Service design, the setup is meant to be fully automated with weekly zero/span calibration sequences, monthly multi-point calibration checks, text and email alerts for emissions events as well as any instrumentation faults or failed calibrations. This allows Wilbur Technical Service staff to remotely support local on-site staff that have very little to no prior instrument experience better maintain this vital instrumentation. Utilizing modern remote communication technology Wilbur Technical Services is able to guide on-site staff through general maintenance and operation of the system for any tasks that requires hands-on servicing.

In the event the instruments need more complicated service or repair, they are sent back to our New Hampshire facility and given temporary replacements to ensure minimum data loss.
